Our exclusive Destination Familiarization Trips were created to provide international partners, sports organizations, academy directors, and coaches with a first-hand understanding of the opportunities available in Greece as a sports travel and event destination. Through a carefully curated two-day program, participants are introduced to the facilities, services, and capabilities that make Greece an attractive destination for training camps, tournaments, educational tours, and team travel experiences.

The itinerary includes visits to more than ten sports venues, accommodation options, and key areas across the city where groups can train, stay, and operate efficiently. Participants gain knowledge of venue quality, logistics, transportation networks, hospitality standards, and the overall athlete and group experience, allowing them to confidently evaluate Athens as a future host destination for their programs and events. Beyond infrastructure, the experience showcases OLI Sports Tourism’s hands-on approach, local expertise, and deep understanding of the sports industry.
